In this post, we review Dr. Angela Lauria’s Book Journeys interview with author Jenny Johnston, author of Tapping Into Past Lives.
Jenny Johnston is a trained past lives regression hypnotherapist who is also the founder of Quantum EFT and is involved with EFT Universe China, and it was during the course of her practice that she uncovered several “amazing” stories that made her realize that these needed to be told – hence her deciding to write Tapping Into Past Lives.
Jenny had no idea how to write a book, and after asking Dawson Church, the head of EFT Universe, for some advice, Dawson told her to find a book coach. She then spoke with another trainer, Alina Frank, who then put Jenny in touch with Angela, and it was after Jenny learned that Angela had lived at a place near hers while Angela was in Australia that she felt comfortable enough to start off on the path of writing the book.
Jenny underwent Angela’s twelve-week writing program and was thankful for it, as all she needed to do was follow the instructions given to her; as she herself admitted, “I really need someone with a big stick standing behind me … saying, ‘Get to work.’” It also helped that she was just one of several people involved in writing a book during that program, as nobody in the group wanted to get left behind where the schedule of activities and book progress was concerned, and it also helped to know that she would actually get a book out within that twelve weeks’ time. She had to find time to write the book, as her schedule was somewhat hectic, remarking that she wrote out parts of the book in between workshops and that she would need to find a way to clear out more time from her schedule should she write out another book. She also noted that it was a good idea to work with Angela, as the latter’s company took care of putting it on Amazon as well as handling the other tasks specific to publishing her book, tasks that Angela’s company specializes in.
Jenny notes that her niche is specialized, as not everyone wants to do past life regression, and that, prior to the book being published, her business was centered mainly in Australia, with only a few clients outside that country. Since the book was published, she has had clients from outside Australia, from places such as Hong Kong and North America, and she has become sought after for interviews, summits, and as a speaker at various speaking engagements such as the Australian EFT Masterclass.
