The short version: You are going to love your books!!
The long version: Digital printing is not an exact science. Digital presses may have some "slippage" resulting in a few imperfections - this is a part of the normal printing process. Difference Press does not process returns for imperfections of 10% of your order or less.
However, occasionally printing errors happen for an entire order.* If your books are defective and it is the responsibility of the printer, we will replace your books at no additional cost to you.
To receive the replacement, you must notify us at [email protected]
within 30 days of delivery and provide verification of the problem.
Often a simple photo of the issue is adequate for our needs, but in some cases you may be asked to return the defective books.
Once we verify the defect, we will re-order your books. If we believe it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing your books, we will refund the price of the defective books.
*Typos, or other design issues are not eligible for return or refund.
